In the 5 year journey, we have processed 41,000 lease abstracts; 12,000 CAM Recs & Audits and 1,000,000 pages of Translation (3,50,000 pages with proof-read). 50% of the partners are females and 90% of our staff-force are females. Consultants work on exclusive basis (not as freelancers) – mostly females (young returning moms), who are experienced folks, passionate to the profession; however have to take care of their family and not able to do full-fledged role of mentoring juniors, spend time in MIS, Client communication, please supervisors or attend strenuous appraisal. In this model – they work 5 hours during the 24 hours in a day.
